The Naked New Year challenge is designed to help women undergo a holistic transformation—both physically and mentally.

STRIP IT TF DOWN. By focusing on fitness, nutrition, mindset, and daily gratitude practices, this challenge aims to develop a new identity that aligns with long-term health and personal growth goals.

The central question is: Who do you need to become to change your life?

Women who are:

  • Beginners and intermediates unsure of how to work out, seeking structure, motivation, and community support.

Physical Fitness

This will be a structured, progressive workout plan combining strength training, cardio, and flexibility. The goal is to improve endurance, strength, and mobility while making fitness a consistent part of life.

Mindset & Gratitude

Participants will reflect on their personal transformation journey through daily gratitude entries from my prompt. The focus is on fostering self-awareness, resilience, and cultivating a growth-oriented identity.

Nutrition Guidance

Simple, sustainable nutrition strategies are provided to fuel workouts, promote fat loss, and support muscle growth. There will be a focus on flexible eating without strict dieting rules. Each participant will receive a specific protein goal and submit daily photos of meals with “color on the plate” as a rule in the group chat.

Community & Accountability

Participants will have access to a group forum within my app for daily prompt submissions, meal pics, accountability, motivation, and sharing progress.
