In addition to being a Great Dane mama, I hold a bachelors degree in clinical exercise science, various certifications in the field including NASM, NLCA and USA Olympic Lift.
I'm a taco lover and will never pass up the chance to inhale a chocolate chip cookie.

A: Build the Best You Coaching isn’t another one-size-fits-all program. It’s a customized, science-backed approach that works with your body and your life, not against it.
We look at what’s going on underneath the hood hormonally, metabolically, and mentally, then create a plan that actually makes sense for you. I will administer a hormone panel and/or gut map test if deemed necessary.

A: You’ll book a quick, no-pressure call with us. We’ll chat about your goals, your body, and whether we’re a good fit for each other.
